Act of Kindness Journal
Curious to see what can develop out of one random Act of Kindness? Let's see if we can make the world a better place! HOW IT WORKS: the original owner of the journal fills in the 1st page, with their information and what they would like to achieve from this 'social experiment'. They then perform an act of kindness for someone (big or small), and pass on the journal at that time. The recipient should then record the act that was done for them, as well as their info on the next available 2 pages. They then choose someone they think would continue the kindness chain- do something kind for them & pass on the book and so on... Once the book in FULL, we hope that the final recipient's act of kindness is to mail the book back to it's original owner- as found on the 1st page. Have fun & thank you for participating! This is also great social experiment for kids! *Great activity for KINDNESS WEEK*
